Selvom det ikke er det største forandringer der er sket i Burnout-serien de seneste to kapitler, så fortsætter Criterion og EA med at sende nye spil i serien på gaden. Det seneste, Burnout Paradise, er dog en smule anderledes eftersom stort set alle menuer og spilmodes fjernes til fordel for et spil, hvor du kan drøne rundt i Paradise City som det passer dig.

Både PlayStation 3 og Xbox 360-versionen er på gaden i december.
