Den 9. februar lukker undervandsbyen Rapture igen op for sluserne, og du er naturligvis inviteret indenfor, denne gang som prototypen af den ikoniske dykkerskurk Big Daddy. Modsat det første spil, er der også inkluderet en multiplayerdel i denne omgang - om det så er nødvendigt for at sikre toeren succes eller om det overhovedet er et tiltag, der kan mænge sig med spil som Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 eller Left 4 Dead 2 må tiden vise.
