The IEM Katowice 2019 Viewer Pass is now available for purchase in-game or from the Steam community market, as revealed on the CS:GO website. The pack contains similar content from previous years such as an upgradeable event coin, redeemable souvenirs, stickers. and access to the pick 'em challenge.

This year the event coin will start at bronze and will require players to watch matches and participate in the pick 'em challenge to upgrade to it. Each time the coin is upgraded, participants will be able to redeem a souvenir package from a match of their choice which will contain stickers for one of the MVPs of that match. To progress through each tier of the coin, a specific set of challenges will have to be completed; five to reach silver, seven to reach gold, and all eleven to reach diamond.

Owners of the Viewer Pass will also get exclusive access to Steam.tv team flairs that can be displayed next to their names whilst watching the tournament on the platform. Also, for the full major, owners of the pass will get unlimited access to graffiti for each of the 24 teams and the event organiser.

Stickers are also available to purchase in-game. The stickers will either represent the teams participating or showcase pro player autographs, and can be placed on weapons in-game. For every sticker purchased, 50% of the proceeds go to the players and organisations participating in IEM Katowice.

Finally, the pick 'em challenge will allow owners of the Viewer Pass to have access to all 24 teams. They can then pick which teams they believe will advance or not from each stage in order to complete challenges and make progress toward upgrading the event coin.

IEM Katowice starts on the February 13 with the challenger stage before closing out the Champions Stage on the March 3, so if the Viewer Pass interests you, now would be the time to look into it.
