Riot Games has come to the end of its investigation into TSM's CEO, Andy Dinh following previous allegations of bullying behaviour within the esports organisation he runs.
The ruling that was recently issued by Riot has said that Dinh will need to pay $75,000 as the League believes that there "was a pattern and practice of disparaging and bullying behaviour exhibited by Andy Dinh towards TSM players and staff members."
But more than just this, Dinh will have to complete sensitivity training and will be on probation for the next two years within the Riot ecosystem. To add to this, there will be an independent monitor that will be used to run a tip-line and follow-up on TSM players to ensure that the behaviour does not cause any harm again.
This has all come as the League adds in the Findings section of the report that Dinh had been "verbally abusing pro players and TSM staff members and communicating in a demeaning and belittling manner."
This also comes a few months after TSM was fined for a tweet from Dinh directed at Cloud9 support player Philippe "Vulcan" Laflamme.
