Following two weeks of professional play, Overwatch 2's Junker Queen is being nerfed

The character will be getting a power reduction in the OWL after the Summer Showdown.

We're a couple of weeks into the Overwatch League's Summer Showdown tournament cycle, and with that being the case we're seeing a more firm meta in place now that Junker Queen has been playable for professionals. And for anyone who hasn't been following the competitive scene, the character has become a rather dominant and influential pick, and it seems like Blizzard never intended this to be the case.

Because, game director Aaron Keller has taken to Twitter to announce that Junker Queen will be receiving some changes soon, and will be getting a power reduction, which will come into effect after the Summer Showdown for the OWL, and will be present at launch for regular Overwatch 2 players.
