After recently being knocked out of the Valorant Champions Tour Stage 1, TSM's VP of esports, Dominic Kallas, has taken to Twitter to reveal a bunch of plans and procedures that intend to see the organisation's Valorant squad become more competitive in the future.
In a statement, Kallas said, "I love this game and this team, but ultimately a lot needs to change because this isn't the standard we set for ourselves here at TSM," before continuing to list a bunch of changes that the team will be undergoing.
From now on, TSM's GM will have "full agency" over who plays on the team, and on top of this, the roster will be moved into a team house in Austin, Texas. The aim for this is to "improve teamwork, set practice/work ethic expectations, and reset the culture". Following these changes, the team will also be competing in every open event it can attend until the next VCT tournament.
As for the next VCT tournament, that will likely be Stage 2, which is expected to begin in May.
