ESL has released a bunch of new details for its upcoming women's Counter-Strike: Global Offensive circuit, ESL Impact. Set to boast a $500,000 prize pool, the circuit is slated to feature two seasons, both of which will have live finals, as well as various online cash cups for all women to partake in.

In the blog post, we're told that the global finals of the first league season will be taking place at DreamHack Dallas between June 3-5, and that it will see the best eight teams from around the world competing for a share of its $150,000 prize pool. As for the regular qualifiers for this event, it's mentioned that the ESL Impact League will kick off on March 17, and will see play broadcast every Thursday and Friday for six weeks.

As for the second of the leagues, ESL has yet to reveal any information about this, but we can likely expect to know more around or before the season 1 DreamHack Dallas finals.
