Fnatic has revealed that it is releasing its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player Jack "Jackinho" Ström Mattsson, following Jackinho only joining the team back in January this year.

Revealed over Twitter by Fnatic, the team stated, "Today we say our final farewells to @Jackinhocs. After joining at the start of 2021, Jack quickly impressed with his swift hand and slick AWP skills.

Thank you for all your efforts under the Black & Orange Jack, and good luck with your next steps."

There's no mention as to where exactly Jackinho will be heading next, but no doubt we'll hear more about that over the coming weeks. As for what's next for Fnatic, the team will be competing in the Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Winter tournament later this week, before also participating in the ESL Pro League Season 15 shortly afterward.
