
For lidt tid siden udgav det ukendte studie Ocean Drive en otte minutter lang "gameplay trailer" fra deres kommende spil, God Save Birmingham, der er et zombie survival-spil der foregår i 1300-tallets England.
Selvom det hele tager sig flot ud, men særligt detaljerede animationer, så blev traileren mødt øjeblikkeligt med skepsis, særligt på baggrund af profilerede titler som The Day Before der udgiver falske trailere for at skabe opmærksomhed.
I et interview med IGN siger stifter Jae Kim at de ikke har noget imod at blive sammenlignet med The Day Before:
"I say half and half. Meaning we didn't think the impact of The Day Before... because lots of people are referencing The Day Before and saying it's another scam, right? I mean we read everything! Even internally, Jae and especially myself were thinking some people might say something similar, it might be too good to be true. Because we acknowledge we never say it's from the build, but the title is correct, meaning this trailer is there to show people this is what we are aiming to create in terms of gameplay experience that people will have at the final product. So reception, we were a little bit surprised. There was another video from a YouTuber with almost 1 million views, 'Another fake scam' was the title. So in that sense we are a little bit surprised, but it wasn't something we weren't expecting."
