"We knew from the start that if we ever decided to charge people for DLCs, for extra content, it has to be something more than just one mission or additional armour or skins for characters. That we are happy to give our players for free, it's what they paid for actually. So even saying it's for free is probably not perfectly right. With our expansion we decided to make an old school additional content. Like in the days of yore when you get an additional disc with a whole new adventure and like a place in the world and a new set of missions we aimed at something similar."
"We thought that it would be best to make it as convenient as possible, so there's a number of ways in which you can start the expansion. And this is all outlined in a little pop up box which will appear when you install the expansion. So you can either just load your most recent save and if your character is leveled [up] enough you can proceed to the place where you pick up the quests for the expansion or you can start a new game with a pre-determined character, leveled character, so you can dive right into the story."
