Little Nightmares har solgt en million eksemplarer

Det svenske studie Tarsier har brugt størstedelen af deres tid som aktiv udvikler på at hjælpe Media Molecule med at udvikle Little Big Planet-projekter, men sidste år skabte de noget helt selv med Little Nightmares, som blev udgivet af Bandai Namco.

Og heldigvis har det vist sig at projektet har været en succes. Tarsier har nemlig afsløret via en pressemeddelelse sendt til Gamereactor, at spillet har solgt en million eksemplarer, og tallet er en kombination af digitalt og fysisk salg.

Andreas Johnsson, der er CEO for udvikleren, har sagt følgende om milepælen:

"We are very proud that our first original game sold so well, it's well beyond what we ever expected. Little Nightmares is after all part of an indie game landscape, and the fact that one million players have played our game is wonderful.

To have created an original game that becomes as successful is proof that the new direction for the studio was the right choice, and that feels great".
