På Sonys E3-pressekonference kunne Jack Tretton fortælle at man i fremtiden ville gøre endnu mere ud af PlayStation Plus, og at man faktisk var parat til at starte allerede nu. Fra og med i dag, vil brugere af servicen derfor kunne spille Infamous 2, Little Big Planet 2 og Saints Row 2 ganske gratis.
"New games will be added regularly, so subscribers will never run out of fun games to play. As always, PlayStation Plus members also enjoy exclusive access to betas, huge discounts, online storage for games, and much more," lød det fra Tretton.
