Ubisoft er som du sikkert ved i store økonomiske vanskeligheder lige nu. De har ikke kunne levere spil til tiden, og dem de har leveret har ikke givet de nødvendige salgstal.
Og det får nu konsekvenser for de ansatte, lader det til. Ansatte lader til at have lækket et brev som Ubisoft har sendt rundt til diverse regionale kontorer (via ResetEra). Vi ved at Ubisoft Benelux er blevet påvirket, men hvilke andre der er inkluderet vides endnu ikke.

To meet the challenges of the future, Ubisoft's management has decided to close a number of subsidiaries in Europe. Unfortunately, the Ubisoft Benelux entity is subject to the intended closure with most employees departing as of April 1st, 2023.
Due to the closure, Ubisoft BV will fully outsource the current distribution of physical games in the Benelux to a distributor to be announced at a later stage."
