Game Pass-priserne er steget før, men Microsoft har nu lovet, insisteret på at Activision Blizzard-handlen alene ikke vil betyde at priserne vil stige yderligere, selvom at det ville betyde at Call of Duty-spil eksempelvis ville lande på tjenesten.
CMA har, via VGC, udgivet en masse korrespondance fra blandt andet Microsoft omkring handlen, og her skyder Microsoft igen mod Sonys argument om at handlen vil lede til prisstigninger for forbrugeren.
