For nylig er det kommet frem at CMA forventes at godkende Microsofts Activision Blizzard-handel, og at dette sker allerede i morgen. Om FTC og EU følger trop vides endnu ikke, men analysebureauet Wedbush Securities mener nu at handlen går igennem til tiden.
Via Proactive Investors siger de følgende:
"We expect the CMA to approve the transaction in return for Microsoft committing to certain behavioral remedies that help to govern its practices around cloud gaming."
"Once the UK and EU have approved the transaction, we expect the Federal Trade Commission in the US to follow suit. We remain confident that the deal will get completed on time, within Microsoft's fiscal year ending June 30, 2023."
Naturligvis er dette stadig bare gætterier, men noget tyder på at handlen nu har mere vind i sejlene end tidligere.
