"Bit of a small update, but Bloober are moving their focus to their 2025 Skybound game project for the new year and starting this financial quarter, and successfully got funding for their work in Unreal 5 for the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, and the conditions being met being tied to them successfully meeting their goals for project use in Unreal 5 (for use in cities in Poland, and in their reports also moving resources to their upcoming 2025 game). With this, they also have opened up a few new hiring positions for the project and their hiring positions have been updated for this fiscal quarter as they focus on the upcoming project as their focus for 2024. What this means for Silent Hill is that most likely Silent Hill 2 Remake is basically feature complete and just in its polishing phase now. Most Bloober employees have been moved to other projects while a skeleton crew focuses on polish, fixing bugs, adjustments, game is most likely being actively play tested, etc. So while the release is up to Konami and not Bloober, the game is very much on track to release this year if Konami wants it to be."
