Kratos genkomst i God of War: Ascension blev ikke helt så bombastisk som sidst, vi så ham på PS3, da spillet solgte mindre end halvdelen af hvad God of War III gjorde i sin premiereuge i Storbritannien. Dermed lykkedes det ikke den vrede græker at slå sidste uges etter, Xbox 360-versionen af Tomb Raider. Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm er også i top 5, mens Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 ender lige uden for, til trods for at det solgte bedre end sin forgænger.
