Som du måske ved blev der givet en dommerkendelse i Frankrig tidligere på sommeren til to tidligere Ubisoft-chefer, Serge Hascoët og Thomas François, som blev kendt skyldige i systematisk chikane, overgreb og en række andre forhold.
Dengang så det ud til at Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot gik fri, selvom mange mente at han havde direkte kendskab til begge personers adfærd, men nu skal han alligevel medvirke. Som franske BFM TV rapportere er Guillemot blevet bedt om af retten om at stille op den 1. oktober i forbindelse med samme retsag.
Ubisoft forsøger at mane til ro i en meddelelse til VGC, hvor de siger dette:
"A union and four individuals have issued a summons to Ubisoft to appear before the Bobigny District Court on October 1. These are the same civil parties and this summons is based on the same facts as those in the case judged by the court this past June, following an investigation by the Public Prosecutor's Office. Ubisoft will continue to cooperate with the justice system in this matter, as it has done over the past five years in the review of the facts related to this case."
Præcis hvad der skal ske vides ikke, men Guillemot bliver nok igen spurgt ind til sit kendskab til de to, og deres gøren og laden.
