Vi vidste, at vi kunne forvente en Developer_Direct-showcase fra Xbox i januar, og det er nu officielt blevet bekræftet i et Xbox Wire-opslag. Showet løber af stablen den 22. januar, altså om to uger, og vil fokusere på tre centrale spil, som alle er planlagt til udgivelse i 2026 - hvoraf to kommer fra det britiske studie Playground Games.
Udsendelsen, der finder sted klokken 19:00 dansk tid, vil byde på kig på både Forza Horizon 6 og det længe ventede Fable, som endnu en gang er bekræftet til udgivelse i år. For førstnævnte bliver det den officielle gameplay-debut, mens vi for sidstnævnte får det første længere kig. I den forbindelse har vi også fået korte, officielle beskrivelser af de to ventede projekter.

Men det er ikke det eneste, showet har at byde på. Det er nemlig også blevet bekræftet, at Game Freaks Beast of Reincarnation vil være med og give det første grundige indblik i det intense action-RPG fra Pokémon-studiet. Beskrivelsen af spillet lyder som følger.

Typisk byder Developer_Direct-udsendelser på mindst fire spil, så det er muligt, at der gemmer sig et fjerde projekt, som Xbox endnu ikke har bekræftet. Den eneste hage er, at key art ikke direkte antyder dette, da der ikke er et tomt felt, som vi har set tidligere år.
