Hvis du endnu ikke har taget hoppet til den nye konsolgeneration, og du er bekymret, om du derfor måske går glip af det nye Call of Duty, så behøver du heldigvis ikke bekymre dig. Activision har nemlig bekræftet, at Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 er på vej til både Xbox 360 og PlayStation 3.
"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 has been designed to harness the full potential of the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC," forklarer et blog-indlæg på Activisions hjemmeside.
"However, we know that there are still some fans that haven't made the transition to the new console hardware, which is why we're happy to share that we're working with developers Beenox and Mercenary Technology on Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3."
Når det så er sagt, så er der en række åbenlyse forskelle på versionerne, og multiplayer-betaen vil kun være til PlayStation 4, Xbox One og PC. Her er hvad Activision havde at sige på denne front:
"The campaign mode on Xbox 360 and PS3 is currently in development with a goal of enabling two-player cooperative play, instead of the four-player cooperative campaign on next-gen. There will also be some other features and functionality built specifically for the new generation of consoles that cannot be supported on Xbox 360 and PS3."
