Tag en virtuel tour i USS Enterprise
Ved at bruge Unreal Engine 4, har 3D-grafikeren "Jason" skabt en virtuel tour på USS Enterprise-rumskibet fra Star Trek. Touren er blevet lagt ud på Enterprise3DProject, og du får både lov at lande inde i skibets hangar, og til at se det ikoniske cockpit.
Hvordan han skabe alt dette, forklarer han således:
"The technical specs have been out for decades about this ship. But what do they mean? The USS Enterprise - D has 42 Decks. Sprinkled throughout these decks are all of the control rooms for weapons, sickbays, holodecks, and crew quarters. Creating all of them will be a daunting task. I have compiled a large archive of reference from production drawings, set blueprints, official blueprints, and of course meticulous screen captures of the HD Blu-ray versions of the episodes."
