Andrew House er måske ikke det mest kendte navn i spilbranchen, men der er ingen tvivl om at han har haft en vigtig indflydelse på Sony og på PlayStation i de 27 år han har arbejdet der. Faktisk fik han titlen som President & Global CEO hos Sony Interactive Entertainment tilbage i 2011. Nu har han besluttet sig for at træde tilbage.
Sony og House har afsløret, at han siger op som præsident. Dette betyder at tidligere Deputy President, John "Tsuyoshi" Kodera nu er blevet forfremmet.
House forbliver en del af firmaet som formand igennem resten af året for at sikre en solid overgang. Efter dette vil han bevæge sig videre.
