UbiSoft Montreal væltede atter publikum ved E3 med deres kommende Splinter Cell. Sam Fischer var tilbage i storstilet form og i dag har vi fået lidt mere at vide, om præcis hvilken form han er i.
Spillet tog i dag navneforandring fra det midlertidige Splinter Cell 3 til Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, som samtidig viser sig nu også at udkomme til Xbox allerede til jul. Dvs. den omtalte N-Gage version samt PS2 og måske Gamecube udgaver må vente til engang i 2005.
Nogle af de nye muligheder i Chaos Theory vil f.eks. være muligheden for at bruge kniv, knække nakken på personer, mens man hænger og dingler fra loftet, samt klare hele spillet co-operativt.
