Der har længe svirret rygter om Googles indtræden på gamingmarkedet, og nu ved vi snart, hvordan de har tænkt sig at gøre deres entré på markedet.
Google har sendt invitationer ud til en keynote-tale ved GDC (Game Developers Conference) den 19. marts. Vi ved ikke, hvad Google vil præsenterer, da invitationen kun siger:
"Gather around. All will be revealed at the Google Keynote. 10:00am on March 19, 2019. Find us in Moscone South, San Francisco"
Jason Schreier, der er nyheds redaktør på Kotaku.com og er kendt for at have gode forbindelser til gamingmarkedet, har på Twitter givet sit bud på, hvad han tror Google vil præsentere:
"I think Google is very serious about building a streaming service that allows people to play high-end games anywhere, including Google Chrome. One where you can access YouTube videos on the fly among other features".
"I would guess that their focus will be more on building a platform than a console. Wouldn't be surprised to see them put their streaming platform on both their own hardware and other people's"
