Ikke uventet gik Fable III direkte ind som nummer 1 på den engelske top 40 over spilsalg, og dermed fik spillet en endnu bedre præmiere end forgængeren Fable II. Samtidigt er Fable III årets tredje førsteplads for Microsoft i år (de andre var Crackdown 2 og Halo: Reach).
Værre gik det for Rock Band 3, der ikke formåede bedre end en 31. plads til Xbox 360-versionen, mens PlayStation 3-udgaven ikke nåede på top 40. På tværs af formater blev der solgt 7386 eksemplarer af Rock Band 3 i Storbritannien i sidste uge, hvilket kun er marginalt bedre end rivalen Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock formåede.
