Diskussionerne er mange om hvorvidt der efterhånden er brug for nye konsoller, fordi mange udviklere efterhånden føler sig begrænset af den aldrende hardware i både PlayStation 3 og Xbox 360.
Ken Levine er dog ikke blandt disse, og fortæller i et nyt interview med Games.On.Net at det ikke har været noget problem i forhold Bioshock Infinite og at han samtidigt har været imponeret over adskillige andre nuværende spil:
"You look at Arkham City, Uncharted and Gears of War and you're starting to see that these games don't look old to me. They look very current. I was playing Batman the other day and he's flying over this huge city, the snow is landing on the wings of his cape and you can see it hitting and melting... they still retain the power to visually amaze me."
