Selvom vi kender til nogle få narrative detaljer om den absolut gigantiske Lord of the Rings tv-serie, der lige nu er under udvikling hos Amazon, så har vi endnu ikke fået noget sammenhængende billede af hvad vi har i vente.
Men nu har Amazon givet os et lidt mere detaljeret overblik, for TheOneRing har fået fingrene i en officiel plotsynopsis, der gør os lidt klogere.

Denne synopsis bekræfter først og fremmest at Saurons rejse mod magten i Middle-Earth er en afgørende del af showet, og at vi kommer til at besøge Misty Mountains, Lindon og Númenor. Desuden står der at der er "characters both familiar and new", så mon ikke nogle gamle kendninge vender tilbage?
