"When you play through this game you'll experience something you haven't played before, but the importance of A Way Out is the co-op. I want people to play the game on their couch, I want them to talk to each other, I want them to feel the emotional journey and that the characters have unique personalities."
Derefter tilføjede han:
"This is a coop game where you can't progress without somebody else - I would say the game that this is closest to is Portal 2, where you can go forward without your friend. I want you and your friend to play something together you haven't experienced and it's definitely something that's not really out there."
