Netflix arbejder lige nu sammen med forfatteren bag de originale The Witcher-romaner, Andrzej Sapkowski, på en tv-serie baseret på det nu berømte univers, og nu ved vi lidt mere om præcis hvad vi kan forvente rent strukturelt fra serien.
Forfatteren bag manuskripterne til serien, Lauren Schmidt Hissrich, har nemlig afsløret, at tv-seriens første sæson vil bestå af otte afsnit af en time. Disse vil blive filmet i Østeuropa, for at fange den helt rigtige stemning.
Hissrich har desuden afsløret, at der ikke er nogen konkret premieredato, men at de sigter efter 2020.
